This meeting is held on 8 March 2007 at the Omar Dengo Foundation new campus in San Jose, Costa Rica, and presided by Mr. Walter Fust, Director-General of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and Chair of the Executive Committee of the Global Knowledge Partnership.

• A dialogue / presentation of Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships
• The work of GKP in different parts of the world with actions to share knowledge and promote the use of ICTs for development
• Presentation of GK3 – themes, opportunities for participation and engagement
