Multi-Stakeholder Monitor Initiative (MSMI), or Partnership for Change (PCI), or Civil Society Multi-Stakeholder Process Monitor Initiative (MuSt) is supposed to be an initiative of civil society groups involved or interested in WSIS and its follow ups, with a view to possibly opening it to other interested stakeholders.
